originating at Brajrajnagar station, the Railways arranged bus transportation to their destinations. The derailment involved the Howrah-CSMT Mail (Train No. 12810), and track repairs are ongoing. Due to the disruption, the Yognagari Rishikesh-Puri Utkal Express (Train No. 18478) was rerouted via a different path, passing through Ebb-Jharsuguda-Angul-Kapilas Road stations. This rerouting resulted in the train missing major stations like Rourkela and Tata, leaving a large number of passengers stranded. To address this, four buses were arranged for their transport to their final destinations. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Anurag Kumar Singh facilitated the arrangement of free bus service for regular route passengers. Four buses were stationed at Brajrajnagar station prior to the train's arrival. All 140 passengers on the train were disembarked at Brajrajnagar station and subsequently transported to their destinations by bus free of charge.

Ye hadsa Howrah-CSMT Mail (Train No. 12810) se hua tha, aur track ki repair jaari hai. Is disruption ki wajah se, Yognagari Rishikesh-Puri Utkal Express (Train No. 18478) ko ek different route se, Ebb-Jharsuguda-Angul-Kapilas Road stations se, divert kiya gaya. Is rerouting ki wajah se, train Rourkela aur Tata jaise bada stations pe nahi gayi, jisse kai passengers stranded ho gaye. Is problem ko solve karne ke liye, unhe unke destination tak pahunchane ke liye four buses arrange ki gayi. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Anurag Kumar Singh ne regular route passengers ke liye free bus service arrange ki. Train ke pahunchne se pehle, Brajrajnagar station pe four buses ready rakhi gayi. Train ke sabhi 140 passengers ko Brajrajnagar station pe utara gaya aur phir unhe free bus se unke destination tak pahunchane ki vyavastha ki gayi.
