Rupaidiha Nagar Panchayat ka railway station road encroachment ka shikar hai. Pedestrians ko chalna bhi mushkil hai. Roz aane jaane wali dozen Roadways buses, encroachment ki wajah se aadha ghante tak khadi rehti hain. Related authorities se shikayat karne ke baad bhi koi sunne wala nahi hai.
