more stations including Varanasi City. A total of 163 QR devices have been provided, with 105 already installed and 58 in the process of installation. Currently, 78 UTS, 9 PRS and 18 combined UTS/PRS counters across key stations in Varanasi Division are equipped for QR code payments. This initiative eliminates the need for cash, reduces ticket issuance time, and increases transparency. Previously, UPI payments were only available for online bookings, but these QR devices now allow for digital payments at UTS and PRS counters. The service is expected to be rolled out soon at Varanasi City, Ghazipur City, Mau, Azamgarh, Ballia, Siwan, Marwan, Kaptagan, Belthara Road, Salempur, Bhatni, Surenmanpur and Thawe reservation counters.

Varanasi Division ke important stations pe 78 UTS, 9 PRS aur 18 combined UTS/PRS counters pe QR code payments available hain. Iss initiative se cash ki zarurat nahi rahegi, tickets banne mein kam time lagega aur transparency badhegi. Pehle UPI payments sirf online booking ke liye available the, lekin ab yeh QR devices se UTS aur PRS counters pe bhi digital payment kar sakte ho.
