The affected stations include five from the North Eastern Railway (NER), which are Barhni, Cantt, Nakaha, Mankapur, and Mau. Passengers are experiencing discomfort as AC coaches are not pre-cooled before boarding, and charging points for sleeper coaches are only functional while the train is in motion. The NER administration has responded to the Railway Board's letter by initiating efforts to improve these facilities and has instructed relevant officials to prioritize this task.

Isme North Eastern Railway (NER) ke 5 stations bhi hain - Barhni, Cantt, Nakaha, Mankapur, aur Mau. Passengers ko dikkat ho rahi hai kyunki AC coaches ko boarding se pehle pre-cool nahin kiya ja raha hai, aur sleeper coaches ke charging points tabhi work karte hain jab train chal rahi hoti hai. NER administration ne Railway Board ke letter ka jawab dete hue, yeh facilities improve karne ke liye kaam shuru kar diya hai aur officials ko yeh kaam priority pe karne ka order diya hai.
