The District Collector, Dr. Sachin Ombase, held a meeting with railway officials and contractors to discuss the project's progress and ensure swift execution. To monitor progress, regular reviews will be held every 15 days for the first three months and then monthly thereafter. Officials are working to resolve land-related issues with the Forest Department and MIDC. The 110-kilometer railway line will create a junction at Dharshiv, connecting the pilgrimage site of Tuljapur by rail and promoting tourism, employment, and economic growth in the region.
