despite medical facilities, employees are forced to spend thousands of rupees on private clinics and pathology labs. While Tatanagar Railway Hospital alone has 17,000 UMID card holders and pensioners, there are over 25,000 UMID card holders in the division. The union has requested that disease-specific doctors and adequate resources be provided in hospitals and health units across the division to eliminate the need for railway employees to seek private medical care.

Tatanagar Railway Hospital mein 17,000 UMID card holders aur pensioners hai, aur poora division mein 25,000 se zyada UMID card holders hai.
