Nukul, along with his colleagues Aman Shah and Aniket Yadav, intercepted the woman near Circuit House No. 1 in Jabalpur. They threatened her with violence if she didn't withdraw the FIR filed in Gorakhpur. When she resisted, they harassed her and tried to pull her dupatta. The woman sustained injuries after falling on the ground. Based on her complaint, Kent Police registered an FIR against the three railway employees on September 1st.

Unhone ladki ko dhamkaya ki agar woh Gorakhpur mein register ki hui FIR waapas nahin leti toh woh usko jaan se khatam kar denge. Ladki ne virodh kiya toh unhone uske saath abhdrahta ki aur uske dupatta khinchne ki koshish ki. Ladki zameen mein girne se chot lagi. Uski complaint ke aadhaar par, Kent Police ne 1 September ko teen railway employees ke khilaf FIR register ki.
