Passengers contacted the Railway helpline 139 to report the issue, but received no assistance for over three and a half hours. The issue was only resolved when a joint team of Railway Protection Force (RPF), Government Railway Police (GRP), and other Railway officials intervened to help the passengers reach their designated seats.
