Friday. This new service is a significant development as there was previously no direct train from Prayagraj to Katra. The train's extension to Subedarganj was approved by the Railway Board two months ago, with its initial service starting from Delhi to Katra.

Train ko chalane ke liye kai din se taiyari chal rahi thi. Sansad aur dono janapratinidhiyon ne subah 10.35 baje hari jhandi dikhakar rawana kiya. Yah train doosre din, yani Shukravaar ko subah 9.15 baje Katra pahuchegi. Prayagraj se Maan Vaishno Devi Katra ke liye seedhi train service nahi thi. Yahan se Jammu ke liye Muri aur Udhamur ke liye seedhi train chal rahi thi. Ab Jammu Mail Maan Vaishno Devi ke dhaam tak sanchalit ho rahi hai. Abhi is train ka sanchalan Delhi se Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra ke liye shuru ho gaya hai. Do mah purv hi is train ke Subedarganj tak vistar ki manjuri Railway Board ne di thi.
