the PRS counter in Dhupguri resulted in the recovery of 14 tickets worth around Rs. 89,587 and the apprehension of one tout. In total, 148 touts were arrested and 1,100 tickets worth approximately Rs. 29.38 lakh were recovered by the N.F. Railway RPF during various raids and checks at stations and trains from January to July 31, 2024. The RPF is committed to passenger security and providing assistance to rail users. Passengers are urged to travel with valid tickets and can contact 139 (toll-free) for any problems during their train journey.
