National transporter 5,000 km track par Kavach safety system ko jaldi se deploy karega, isme Mumbai-Chennai aur Chennai-Kolkata corridors bhi shamil hain, aur Delhi-Mumbai aur Delhi-Howrah route par March 2025 tak fully implement ho jaayega. Unhone October se 10,000 locomotives aur 9,000 km track par automatic train protection (ATP) system install karne ka plan bhi banaya hai. Kavach system trains ko safe speed se zyada chalne se rokta hai aur automatically speed control karta hai ya brakes laga deta hai agar driver koi galti kar deta hai.
