Unhone yeh bhi criticism kiya ki Centre intentionally Kerala ke development projects aur initiatives ko rok raha hai aur claim kiya ki Kerala progress kar raha hai, lekin Centre deliberately usko obstruct kar raha hai. Mukundan ne especially SilverLine project ko centre ki actions ki wajah se hone wali difficulties ko highlight kiya.
