more... Metro Rail Corporation, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar Development Authority, and more, are conducting the survey. The team is inspecting public roads, utilities like electricity poles, water pipes, gas pipelines, and other infrastructure along the proposed metro route. This 26 km long elevated metro project will connect Bhubaneswar Airport to Trisulia in Cuttack and is expected to cost Rs 6,255 crore. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2027. The metro line will include 20 stations, with key stops at Biju Patnaik International Airport, Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar Railway Station, and others. The Bhubaneswar Metro Rail Corporation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation for the project.
