Vaishnaw for initiating the service, highlighting the convenience it provides for pilgrims. The train, a Jammu Mail, has a capacity of 1120 seats but only 66 tickets were sold on the first day, most being booked under the Tatkal quota. The low turnout is attributed to the software system not yet being updated to include all stations along the Subedarganj-Delhi route. The PR Officer of Prayagraj division has assured that the software will be updated soon, enabling reservations for all stations.

Train ko chalane ke liye kai din se taiyari chal rahi thi. Sansad aur dono janapratinidhiyon ne subah 10.35 baje hari jhandi dikhakar rawana kiya. Yah train doosre din, yani Shukravaar ko subah 9.15 baje Katra pahuchegi. Prayagraj se Maan Vaishno Devi Katra ke liye seedhi train service nahi thi.
