Instead of messing up 12626 train TT if they want to follow the best ZBTT would be for the train to leave TVC at 10:00 AM and arrive NDLS at 10:00 AM (1 hr 15 mins speeded up) and then return to leave at 16:00 PM to arrive TVC at 16:00 PM (48 hours) - and then go for PM for 16:30 PM from next day 09:30 AM and SM at NDLS from 10:30 AM to 15:30 PM , in that case if it gets delayed during fog it does not have to arrive TVC at midnight

Actually thats a good point. I think its better they make the 12626 leave at 12:30 PM like old time with rake standing in NDLS for one whole day. Present time in Kerala is not great for reaching places after Kayankulam Jn,.

Now this region is in very bad need of Restoration of BGM-SC/BDCR Exp as soon as possible. And if the train is introduced with 10SL 4-3A 2-2A and a AC first also the train will reach it's max potential as Rayalaseema exp is always running with regret between GTL- RC section and from Nov mid RB has instructed to Replace 2SL with UR and count drops to 7SL. I had travelled in 18048 from VSG last December. The journey, despite being tiring and 18048 being 3.5 hrs late due to unprecedented halts at Guntakal outer, Ponduru and Manguli Chowduar, was worth seeing different scenes of India. The 2AC coach which I was travelling in, barring the erratic water supply in taps between UBL and BZA, was maintained well like the 3AC coaches.
Definitely sure that LHBfication of 18047/48 will help a lot in future with regards to safety and passenger comfort. I have seen many travellers from West Bengal complain...

There are actually two pitlines at Vasco. Old one which can accommodate max 20 LHB and has catwalk on both the sides, second one which can fit 22 coach LHB rakes but it only has full catwalk on one side shared by the old pitline and on the other side catwalk is available only for a few metres so only the Vasco Azara LHB parcel rake undergo PM on that one and it haa full 22 coach LHB rake.
Vasco pitlines are not there where you say they are at the station itself.
