Yes absolutely, Chennai-Patna dedicated Daily train is much required.
It will be much relief to pass via ECoR. 12295-96/Sanghamitra takes much time & it's punctual with it's route as well.

Huge number of travellers use Chennai-HWH Mail till BBS/Bhubaneswar & catch 12801 for Bokaro-Gomoh-Parasnath-Koderma- #Gaya- Dehri-Sasaram. Or from HWH, they catch Poorva, Kumbha/Upasana, JanShatabdi, etc.
