Travelling in Tapovan Express..
Just now, train has been stopped between Chikalthan-Karmad, as heavy sound is coming from axles of coach D4. Passengers were pulled the chain to stop the train
Some passengers climbed out of train. In which one passenger is injured. The railway staff is looking to the issue..

Update-2:
Driver & Guard took decision to move the rake to Karmad at slower speed. Train us currently moving with 10 km/hr. However, the sound is still coming, and passengers are scared.

Do continous check of the malfunctioning coach through standing on gate ... If there is problem then fire can start . In that case immediately pull chain and stop the train.
Update-3:
Bravo...!! Railway Technicians has managed to solve the issue. The issue was bathroom pipe left it's normal position & goes downwards & hitting axel somehow. Technicians has removed this pipe, which is coming in between.

After having a crossing of Sachkhand Express at Chikalthan, Tapovan Express has started from the station. Hardly after 5 mins, an unknown sound is coming from axels of D4 Coach and passengers started screaming. One passengers was told one axle of coach came outside. So, immediately, passengers are trying to pull the train. But, train won't stop. Passengers have tried all the chains available in coach and somehow after sometimes train stopped. Immediately, after, passengers are coming out of the train. One passenger was injured because he jumped outside, when the train was about to stop. He met some minor injuries.
