booked an ADBHUT #telescopic ticket which i was expecting the clerk will refuse even before feeding into the system...

500 km clause applies only for Break Journey. Not for Onward/Through journey.
sbg prs clerks are the most unco operative you would ever find in the world...
well when i was refused an onward tkt from hwh to sbc via bbs, that too onward just cos of the fact that hwh bbs fell sort of 500km...so i was a bit sceptic...

I cannot understand why we have to fight for right for each and every thing. Some one told me that the moment you step out from door fight for existence starts from Auto to Bus to Boss and back. Why so. If the PRS clerk cannot provide you ticket you require is anyone his boss there whom you can approach and complain about attitude. Do it once see the result we are used to Dunda. :)

you talk sense tiwari sir and you are right too...every now and then u see people pissed off...venting out the anger on the person infront...we are paying for a service still persons appointed for the job deprive us of our right...prs clerks refuse telescopic at the drop of a hat...even though it may be possible by mere change of windows...transparency is the word...a bit has been brought in...a lot more shd b instilled...
