I frankly don't see this terminus solving much of the problem. The bigger problem at SBC is not accommodating the JTJ bound traffic. The problem is paucity of pitlines for maintenance. The problem is the weird schedules of trains with improper or non-existent RSA . The problem is that HUP Pass and HAS ICE need to be maintained at SBC/YPR coz nobody wants to think over constructing pitlines at HUP/HAS. The problem is that NED has no RSA and sits idle day to night at SBC. The problem is that even though SMET ICE goes all the way to SBC at similar times, SMET Pass isn't short terminated at YPR and is also taken all the way to SBC to hatch eggs on the three super-busy platforms. The problem is that 22689 never saw the light of the day.
