Ye shed Rajasthan se guzarne wali trains ke diesel engines ki maintenance aur repair mein bada role nibhata hai, jisme Yoga Express, Garib Rath Express aur kai aur famous trains shamil hain. Lekin electric engines ki taraf badlaav hone se, is shed ka future uncertain hai, kyonki diesel engines ki maintenance ki jarurat kam ho gayi hai. Iski wajah se staff bhi kam ho gaya hai aur bache hue staff par kaam ka bojh badh gaya hai, jisse shed ki sustainability aur iske operation ko continue karne ke liye upgrade ki jarurat hai, is baare mein chinta hai.
