sheep got trapped in the train's power engine, jamming its wheels. The train was slowly brought to the Kalsiंध railway station. The damaged train engine was cut off and connected to a container freight train parked at the station to provide power and proceed towards Bhopal. The train was delayed for around two hours and six minutes at the station and departed at 10:17 am. As the train doesn't normally stop at Kalsiंध, passengers faced inconvenience. The Ambedkar Nagar Shri Mata Vaishnodevi Katra train also had a 10-minute stop at Kalsiंध before departing towards Indore at 10:31 am. By 1 pm, railway technicians had repaired the engine and parked it on the siding line of Kalsiंध station. Due to the lack of an overbridge at the station, passengers from Panchweli had to risk their lives by crossing under a freight train parked on the second railway line to reach platform number two.
